Within the framework of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), this Clarification Text is hereby submitted to your attention in order to inform you about the personal data collected at Uç Defence Electronic Engineering Manufacturing Manufacturing Mümessilik Tic.ve San. Ltd. Şti. regarding the processing of your personal data (any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person such as your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address) ("Personal Data(s)") collected by Uç Savunma Elektronik Mühendislik İmalat Mümessilik Tic.ve San. Transfer of Personal Data Your Personal Data will be transferred to Uç Savunma Elektronik Mühendislik İmalat Mümessilik Tic.ve San. Ltd. They have the right to request the deletion/destruction of their Personal Data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK and to notify the third parties to whom the Personal Data is transferred within this scope, to object to the occurrence of a result against them by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation in case they suffer damage due to the processing of their Personal Data in violation of the KVKK.
